Chapter Philanthropy and Service

Zeta Tau Alpha works to raise money for Breast Cancer Education and Awareness. 1 in 8 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer at some point in their life so ZTA strives to make the 1 in 8, NONE in 8!

Our chapter puts on many different philanthropic events throughout the year to help this cause. In the fall, we host our annual 5K that includes tabling, shirt sales, and of course the 5K itself. It is our most successful event we hold each year and we are so thankful for the opportunity to do it. We also hold percent nights through local businesses and other tabling events throughout the year like Think Pink week to go towards Breast Cancer Education and Awareness as well! This year we are starting a hopefully new tradition and hold a Relay For Life on April 14th to also help raise money for our philanthropy. 

Our chapter also is devoted to our community and serving others. The sisters come together each month and will find different ways to serve our community. We have held can food drives, made care baskets, worked community events, served at the soup kitchen, etc. We love being able to do this and be present in a community people that love and support us!
